Sonavra questions

What is Sonavra?

Sonavra brings your habits, health, sleep, activity, goals, reflections and everyday experiences together in one private place, so you can see patterns and understand what influences you. It shows what appears to be happening; you decide what to change. Personal notes, not a clinic.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to understand their life more clearly: building habits, improving sleep or fitness, watching nutrition, journaling, working toward goals, or recovering from addiction. Recovery has its own tools, and you never have to see yourself as broken to belong here.

Is Sonavra medical advice?

No. GAD-7, PHQ-9, sleep, drinks, cravings, and meals are personal notes with a date. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or medical device. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. In Canada or the US, call or text 988. SAMHSA: 1-800-662-HELP (4357).

Are journal entries public?

No. Entries, stats, and profiles are signed-in only. Search engines and AI crawlers do not receive your journal. The public pages are the landing, this FAQ, privacy, terms, and the changelog. A trusted person can later get a yes/no check-in, not the page you wrote.

Does Sonavra use AI?

Optional features can send what you type, a page photo, or speech to an AI provider so the app can file it or estimate a meal. They only run when you use them. I do not sell that text or use it for ads.

How do I join?

Anyone can create an account, and new accounts try Plus free for two weeks. An invite code starts you on Supporter. Without one you start on the free plan.

Who builds Sonavra?

Kenzie Bullock, a full-stack software engineer. The app lives at sonavra.ca. The portfolio and writing stay at kenziebullock.com. The app used to be called Recovered, and before that LifeStats.
