Bring your Bearable history with you
Export a CSV from Bearable and choose it in Sonavra. Your mood, energy, sleep, pain and notes arrive on the days they happened.
Three steps
Export from Bearable
In Bearable: Settings, Export data, CSV.
Choose the file in Sonavra
In Settings, open Connections and find Bring in data. Pick the app under From, or let Sonavra work it out from the file, then choose the file.
See what came in
Sonavra says how many days it saved, how many it filled in and anything it could not read. Each day keeps a note of the file it came from.
Days you have already written in Sonavra keep what they have. They only gain habit checks, unless you tick Fill in what days I already wrote are missing, which fills empty fields and nothing else.
What comes in
- Bearable: Mood and energy
- Mood and energy on a 1 to 10 scale, averaged when a day has more than one.
- Bearable: Sleep
- How long you slept.
- Bearable: Pain, aches, cramps, headaches and migraines
- Pain from 0 to 10, from Bearable’s 0 to 4.
- Bearable: Factors, activities and other symptoms
- Anything on 10 or more days becomes a habit, with each of those days checked. Sick, travel, period, deadline and hangover become day tags.
- Bearable: Notes
- The journal for that day.
What stays behind
- Medications, food, weather and health measurements.
- How severe a symptom was, other than pain.
- Factors and symptoms on fewer than 10 days.
What is different here
Fewer things to set up
Sonavra starts with a few quick check-ins and a journal. You add what you want to follow, when you want to follow it.
Patterns that say how sure they are
Sonavra shows what tends to go together, how many days that rests on, and when it cannot tell. Patterns are on every plan, including Free.
A way to test a hunch
A four-week look in the Lab takes one thing you do and one thing you feel, one week on and one week off, twice, and compares them.
Recovery tools when you want them
Cravings, triggers and sober days have their own place, beside the rest of your life, for as long as you want them.
Bearable follows medications and many symptoms in more detail than Sonavra does. If those are the centre of what you track, it is the better home for them.
Try it with your own file
Start on Free, bring your file in, and see your days before you decide anything.
Start on Free and try Plus for 14 days. No card needed, and nothing is charged when it ends. Works in any browser today, on a computer or a phone. The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. One account works on the web, iPhone and Android, so what you add on one shows on the others.
