Bring your Daylio days with you

Export a CSV from Daylio and choose it in Sonavra. Your moods, activities and notes arrive on the days they happened.

Three steps

  1. Export from Daylio

In Daylio: More, Export entries, CSV.

  2. Choose the file in Sonavra

In Settings, open Connections and find Bring in data. Pick the app under From, or let Sonavra work it out from the file, then choose the file.

  3. See what came in

Sonavra says how many days it saved, how many it filled in and anything it could not read. Each day keeps a note of the file it came from.

Days you have already written in Sonavra keep what they have. They only gain habit checks, unless you tick Fill in what days I already wrote are missing, which fills empty fields and nothing else.

What comes in

Daylio: Mood
Mood on a 1 to 10 scale: awful is 2, bad 4, meh 6, good 8 and rad 10.
Daylio: Activities
An activity on 10 or more days becomes a habit, with each of those days checked. Sick, travel, period, deadline and hangover become day tags.
Daylio: Note title and note
The journal for that day.
Daylio: More than one entry in a day
One day, with the moods averaged and the notes kept together.

What stays behind

What is different here

Sleep and steps beside your mood

Apple Health brings in sleep, steps and workouts, so they sit next to how your evenings went.

Patterns that say how sure they are

Sonavra shows what tends to go together, how many days that rests on, and when it cannot tell. Patterns are on every plan, including Free.

A way to test a hunch

A four-week look in the Lab takes one thing you do and one thing you feel, one week on and one week off, twice, and compares them.

Recovery tools when you want them

Cravings, triggers and sober days have their own place, beside the rest of your life, for as long as you want them.

Daylio keeps your entries on your phone. Sonavra keeps them in your account, so the same days show on the web and in the iPhone app. If you would rather everything stayed on one device, Daylio does that well.

Try it with your own file

Start on Free, bring your file in, and see your days before you decide anything.

Create your account

Start on Free and try Plus for 14 days. No card needed, and nothing is charged when it ends. Works in any browser today, on a computer or a phone. The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. One account works on the web, iPhone and Android, so what you add on one shows on the others.
